Refund policy
If there are any problems or concerns with your order you must notify us within 24 hours of your package delivery.
NO REFUNDSĀ will be issued, however if there is something that you feel is wrong with your order please contact us as soon as possible and we will work together to ensure you're completely satisfied once the issue is resolved. Please note that shipping charges for exchanges will need to be the buyers responsibility
I have a strict NO CANCELLATION policy...
EXCHANGE POLICY - We do allow exchanges, however the buyer will be responsible for shipping original item back in new/unused condition. Buyer will assume shipping costs for both the shipment back to our shop and the shipping of a new replacement. Please, Please, Please use sizing chart if unsure of what size you need. Sizing charts are attached to every listing.
We can not accept exchanges for custom or personalized orders for any reason.
